Wіth 44 Stoрраgeѕ In 50 Wіnѕ But Mіke Tyѕon Dіd Not Dаre To Conѕіder Hіmѕelf, The Heаvіeѕt Punсher Ever, Why?

Mike Tyson has revealed who he believes is the heaviest punching heavyweight of all time.

With 44 stoppages in 50 wins, many would have Tyson himself as the man atop that list.

However, ‘Iron Mike’ told FightCamp that his power was no match for that of two-time heavyweight champion of the world George Foreman.

“George Foreman – the heaviest puncher.

I couldn’t match somebody’s power who’s that big, with that much mass.

The only thing that allowed me to be exciting was that I threw punches so much faster than all the other guys.”

‘Big George’ is widely regarded as one of the greatest heavyweights of all time, and became the oldest heavyweight champion in history when he knocked out 26 year old Michael Moorer in 1994 to win the WBA and IBF world titles.

Foreman started his career all the way back in the 1960s, and became heavyweight champion of the world for the first time in 1973 with a two round destruction of Joe Frazier.

His most famous fight, however, is one in which he did not get the victory. In what was then known as Zaire, Foreman faced Muhammad Ali in the “Rumble in the Jungle.”

Despite going into the fight an overwhelming favourite, Foreman’s onslaught could not get rid of the ageing Ali, and he was dramatically knocked out in then eighth round.

A feature film has been on the great man’s escapades entitled ‘Big George Foreman,’ and is due to be released at the end of April.
